智能低边开关
ROHM的IPD(智能功率元器件)系列是在一枚芯片中内置了低导通电阻MOSFET和各类掩护电路的车载级通用开关。为过热、过电流、过电压和负载短路供给更高程度的掩护。可用于设置在策念头仓内、车室内的阻性负载、电容负载、理性负载，还可用于产业装备用处。
